Online Personal Training

Missing your Personal Training sessions at the Studio? Or maybe you just want to start your fitness journey? No problem!

We offer personal training from the safety of your home via Zoom. I will create a semblance of in-person training sessions personalized to you, consisting of:

  • Any personal fitness equipment available to you in your home.
  • The use of cans and/or water bottles as weights.
  • Body weight exercises: pushups, lunges, squats.
  • Warm-ups pre and post sessions.
  • 45 minutes of a full body workout!
