What is 30/30/30?
It's an event we have the 1st Saturday of every month to highlight certain exercise formats that we have or wish to have. Three thirty minute segments for you to try!
This month: October we have a very special offering.
We start off our first 30 minutes segment with Afrovibes featuring Rasaq.
El Rasaq has revolutionized the world of dance, mindfulness & fitness through his innovative mix of african culture, eclectic music, fitness and fun. Rasaq is a NASM certified group fitness instructor, director, producer and choreographer, who has performed on leading platforms such as "So You Think You Can Dance" Season Six and as opening performer for Afrobeats Grammy winner Wizkid. Rasaq blends a combination of comedy, mindfulness, motivational speaking and unmatched energy to create an experience unlike anything ever seen in the dance - mindfulness space.
Our second 30 minutes segment is Indoor Cycling with Eziaku. You all know her!
Her style, her infectious energy, and her personality are all perfect for a beginners cycling class.
That leads us to our third 30 minutes segment -Pilates* with Megan.
Megan Gilmartin has been teaching the classical form of Pilates since 2002. She did her training with some of the best instructors in both Boston and New York City, and continues to study with a Master Instructor on a weekly basis. Megan's forte is her ability to connect with her clients to create a workout that is individualized to their specific needs and goals. Her clients have learned what professional dancers discovered years ago: Pilates makes you feel stronger, leaner and taller. Whether you're an athlete looking to boost your performance, or an office worker looking to ease back pain and improve your posture, or just generally looking to gain flexibility and core strength, Pilates is for you! Megan truly believes that Pilates will not only transform your body, it will also transform your life.
