Classes, Personal Training, Pricing

Group Fitness Classes

  • We offer traditional and non-traditional group exercise classes.

All classes are for the general population and all levels of adult exercisers (18 and over). Our instructors will make recommendations for beginners, mid-level, and advanced exercises in each class.

+MixxedFit®

Everything about MixxedFit can be described as explosive – movements are always big, exaggerated, full-out, and our very best. We dance to our favorite songs on the radio that we would dance to at a nightclub. Then, we spice things up by adding boot camp-inspired exercises to make your workout more effective and challenging. If you’re plateauing in your traditional dance fitness class, this might be the answer to your prayers. A traditional MixxedFit® class is 60 minutes in length and will get you to your fitness goals a lot quicker than just dancing alone. Why? Because the secret is in the toning that we incorporate. The best part of it all is that we tone using our own bodies. No equipment, no dumbbells, and no awkward toning contraptions! Our choreography is not complex and difficult. Our steps are repetitive and very easy to follow which means that our Students can naturally increase their level of intensity during their workouts. We aim to keep our choreography simple. You will have a blast in this fun class!

+ Zumba®

Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. It is a fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s. Ditch the workout --join the party!

+ Spinning®

Enjoy indoor cycling, as an organized activity and form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity, and recovery on a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

+ Yoga

YOGA Classes Monday 6:30pm

Our Yoga classes welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level, or yoga experience. Your instructor will help you to take your practice where you'd like to go. Please talk with us if you have any questions, or physical limitations. Please remember, it’s YOUR practice -- your best teacher resides within you. We ask you to listen to your body and adjust your practice to fit your needs.

+Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses can also be done standing using a chair for support. ... Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.

For older adults, chair yoga brings additional benefits. It also helps with chronic pain and symptom management for health problems including arthritis, depression, coronary artery disease, diabetes, and a variety of autoimmune conditions.

+Mat Pilates

About Mat Pilates for Beginners

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Mat Pilates is based on the original exercises Joseph Pilates developed to strengthen his own body as a very young man and then began teaching others. The Mat work came before any of the Pilates Apparatus (equipment) he developed. It includes over 500 exercises and can be practiced anywhere. Mat Pilates can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level!

All customers are required to sign-up in advance and pay-on line or via our app . All combination volume discounts passes are for those who take at least 2-3 classes a week. All class passes are subject to an expiration date. Please plan accordingly. *prices subject to change
