Who says you have to be skinny to be fit! This 60 minute evening class is for all body types. However, if you have curves, you’ll want to sign-up for this class! If you want a fitter and healthier body, this class is for you! The class will be broken-up into 4 parts. You'll get 15 minutes of indoor cycling, 15 minutes of body-weight exercises, 15 minutes of abdominal exercises and 15 minutes of stretch and flexibility exercises. Only thing you need to bring is your enthusiasm :-)
