All classes are for the general population and all levels and all adult exercisers (18 and over). Our instructors will make recommendations for beginners, mid-level, and advanced exercisers in each class.

Never touch a weight/dumbbell before? Or, never performed a whole-body strength training workout? No? Need some strength training motivation? This is the class for you! A regular strength training program helps you increase lean body mass and burn calories more efficiently, which can result in healthy weight loss. So, in this class, the instructor will help exercise beginners get more confident with every session as you learn the different movement patterns for the major muscles of your body. Through a series of resistance-training exercises, this class is great for beginners or for anyone who wants the ideal holistic workout. (For more advanced class members, the instructor will adjust your workout accordingly.)
Everything about MixxedFit can be described as explosive – all of our movements are always big, exaggerated, full-out, and our very best. We dance to our favorite songs on the radio that we would dance to at a nightclub. Then, we spice things up by adding boot camp-inspired exercises to make your workout more effective and challenging. If you’re plateauing in your traditional dance fitness class, this might be the answer to your prayers. A traditional MixxedFit® class is 60 minutes in length and will get you to your fitness goals a lot quicker than just dancing alone. Why? Because the secret is in the toning that we incorporate. The best part of it all is that we tone using our own bodies. No equipment, no dumbbells, and no awkward toning contraptions! Our choreography is not complex and difficult. Our steps are repetitive and very easy to follow which means that our Students can naturally increase their level of intensity during their workouts. We aim to keep our choreography simple. That way, our students can focus on “working out” rather than following dance steps. If you can do things like squats, jumping jacks, and shake that booty, you will have a blast in class!
SharQuí is a bellydance fitness format for people who simply want to have fun and feel good while working out! SharQuí will shake up your perception of both you and bellydance through it’s easy-to-follow breakdown and repetitious format – all while making it feel like an indulgence. This class is for any shape, size and skill level and there is no other bellydance class like it in the world.
Enjoy indoor cycling, as an organized activity and form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity, and recovery on a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
Who says you have to be skinny to be fit! This 60 minute evening class is for all body types. However, if you have curves, you’ll want to sign-up for this class! If you want a fitter and healthier body, this class is for you! The class will be broken-up into 4 parts. You'll get 15 minutes of indoor cycling, 15 minutes of body-weight exercises, 15 minutes of abdominal exercises and 15 minutes of stretch and flexibility exercises. Only thing you need to bring is your enthusiasm :-)
This 45 MINUTE class will use resistance bands/tubing, your body-weight, dumbbells, and medicine balls to get a total body strength and conditioning workout. Resistance tubes offer numerous exercise options. As such, the resistance tube can be used by itself or with a partner to add additional exercise options. So, whether being used for adding muscle tone, muscle strength, burning fat or simply increasing flexibility, resistance tubes are a very easy way to add something different to your daily exercise program.
In addition, rubber stretch exercise bands are an effective alternative to free weights and resistance machines for toning and strengthening your muscles.
The bands come in varying levels of tension, making it possible to progressively increase the amount of tension you're using. When you're just starting out with strength training, you might use a band designated for beginners. Over time though, your muscles will become adapted to the additional load. To continue achieving the muscle overload that results in muscle growth, you'll need to move up to a band with even more tension. It's the same with free weights; when lifting a certain weight becomes easy, it's time to move up to a more challenging weight.
Total Body Conditioning: Flex, Endure, Define, Sculpt Feel yourself get more confident with every class, as you learn and perfect movement patterns through a continual series of tempo driven, resistance training exercises. This total-body workout focuses on every muscle group even the smallest, weakest muscles on your body at an intensity that will simultaneously improve your cardiovascular strength and endurance. “Total Body Conditioning” strength and cardio segments are performed to motivating music and inspired by any and every sport, with a variety of exercises and equipment to always keep you on your toes and eager to see what is next. TBC is great for all fitness levels and ages and for anyone who wants the ideal holistic workout.

Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. It is a fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s. Ditch the workout --join the party!
