Joy has been purposed as an Instructor in many fitness capacities. Her expertise has touched on every area in the fitness world from dance to personal training. Her portfolio ranges from Water Aerobics to Boot Camp. She has a passion for all facets of yoga. She believes that you can begin to heal at any age and any stage.

She has been assisting individuals to move towards positive physical living through exercise and mindful thinking for many years.

Joy is the creator of Reggae Aerobics (ReggAerobics) a smooth rhythmic Caribbean style dance that involves subtle and stimulating movement of the hips. These wave-like moves activate the entire core to promote good intestinal health and a tight and right waistline. These dance moves also promote fat burning and flexibility.
