Stacey is a Certified Tae Bo® Fitness Program Instructor, Special Ops Outdoor Training Program Instructor, Black Belt Tae Bo Kwon, Black Belt Tae Kwon Do, Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, and a Weight Trainer.

Her awards include: Philly Fit Magazine Workout a thon, Easiest to Follow, Highest Energy and Most Well Rounded Routine awards, Most Motivational Workout.

She coordinates and implements certification of the Tae Bo® Fitness programs. Instructs Hi-Lo, Hip-Hop, Step, Cardio Funk classes and Boot Camps. She also designed Stretching, Breathing, Relaxation and Meditation classes.
