Beth Ann is a certified yoga instructor. She began practicing yoga in 2005 while on her path to a healthier lifestyle. At first, she was looking for the physical benefits that gentle stretching would provide. She started out attending classes once or twice a week, as time permitted.
It did not take long for yoga to become a higher priority for her physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental health. Gaining strength and flexibility over time made her want to share this with others, which led her to teacher training.
After completing her training, Beth Ann discovered an unexpected benefit: she learns something new in every class – her students are the absolute best teachers.
Beth Ann experiences a mind-body connection when she meets students on the mat in their own physical and emotional place. She enjoys sharing her yoga practice with students of all ages and abilities.
